Refund and Returns Policy
Because our products are printed on demand through Printify, each item is created specifically for you. This means we don’t hold inventory and cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, such as incorrect size, colour preference, or simply changing your mind.
However — if something goes wrong, you are absolutely not wrong… and we’ll fix it.
1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Send the following to yes@youarewrong.com:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo(s) clearly showing the problem
Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.
2. Lost Packages
If your order never arrives, let us know. Once we confirm the package was lost, we will resend it at no additional cost.
3. Change of Mind / Wrong Size
Because all products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Buyer’s remorse
- Disliking the design
- Entering an incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your size and address before placing your order.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, before printing begins. After that, production cannot be stopped.
5. Printify Policy Compliance
Our return policy is aligned with Printify’s conditions for misprints, damage, and fulfilment errors.
